Returns|Exchange
We promise every order 30 days warranty and if you find that the product is damaged due to shipping or faulty or incorrect, please contact us at sales@futuretrekstore.com immediately.
Please follow the steps below to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Customer Service via email: sales@futuretrekstore.com when you receive the item within 30 days.
- Send pictures or video to Customer Service via email to clearly showing what its wrong or defective.
- Customer Service confirms it's wrong or defective.
- Send back the item to the address send to you via email and post back the item with secure delivery (you will be responsible for the returned shipping fee).
- After receiving the package, we will process your replacement or refund.
- Customer Service will contact you with details regarding replacement or refund.
Please refer to the following policies and solutions for causes originated by FutureTrekStore:
(A) Quality Problem
In essence this means that faulty products can be returned to FutureTrekStore after confirmation of the quality defects as follows :
- Low quality of workmanship
- Huge deviation between the received and displayed image (including the style / color )
- Poor parcel packing
(B) Other problems
If you received the item with wrong color from FutureTrekStore, we would like to take the responsibility to issue you a full refund. If a refund is required, please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs or video clearly showing the problem with the item. We will then refund to you within 24 hours after confirmation of the problem. Issues such as perceived color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor or other picture processing actions are not grounds for a refund.
If you received the incorrect item from FutureTrekStore: You have the option to:
(1) exchange the product for the correct one, or
(2) return the product for a full refund.
Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back.
In general contact Customer Service and request a return or replacement as soon as possible within 30 days.
If you received a defective or damaged item you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. When requesting refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service photographs or videos clearly showing the problem with the item and its tracking number as soon as possible. If you believe your item is damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" to process your replacement or refund.
Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person. If you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can refuse to sign it. FutureTrekStore will ship you a new item immediately.
