Shipping|Tracking

The items will be shipped out within 24 hours during working days after we received the payment. If you have ordered multiple items with different ship readiness dates, you may receive separate shipments. Delivery will typically take 3 to 6 days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier. When we encounter delivery problems due to force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at sales@futuretrekstore.com within 3 business days after receiving shipping. Note any visible damages and be as specific as possible as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivering carrier. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

Note:

1. Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.

2. We are not responsible for any return shipping cost if product didn’t meet your expectation or placed a wrong order after order has been shipped out.

Shipping Methods:

We use and cooperate with different express delivery companies such as:

(1) Royalmail Track 48: tracking is available, delivery time is about 2 working days. (Free shipping items are usually delivered via this shipping method within UK.)
(2) Hermes 2 Day: tracking is available, delivery time is about 2 working days.
(3) Parcelfore next day: available for orders to one address with an order amount of over £30 in the UK general area.

Shipping Time:

(1) On working days, orders which are placed before 10:00 AM will be shipped on same day. (Except for special cases)
(2) Orders which are placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Order Tracking:

A tracking reference number is provided for all orders except in very few cases. You can also track your order on My Orders. We will upload the tracking number and update the order status after processing the order.

1. We ship our products throughout the United Kingdom except Channel Islands (such as Jersey and Guernsey), Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands. Free shipping is applied to most of the products, unless specified during checkout and the cost per weight are shown below.
